On November 12, Zhu Chunxiu, Member of the Leading Party Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress, led a team to visit Dekon’s scientific research and training base of “One Hundred Villages & One Million Pigs” project. Liao Wenbin, Deputy Secretary of the Yibin Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Yibin City, Chen ZheOn March 26th, Yu Lijun, Deputy Party Secretary of Sichuan Province and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, led a delegation to Yibin Dekon Food Co., Ltd. to conduct a research visit, gaining deeper insight into the company's layout in the modern agricultural industry, the development of key rural revitalization projects, and the progress and effectiveness of their implementation. Xiang Xiaofeng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, and Wu Xiuqiang, Deputy Director of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, participated in the research visit. Zhou Wenyu, Deputy Mayor of Yibin City; Zhao Jinjiang, Director of the Yibin Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Liu Gang, Secretary of the Nanxi District Party Committee; and other officials accompanied the visit. During the visit, Yu Lijun and his delegation listened to a report on the progress of Dekon's "One Hundred Villages, One Million Farmers" project, and viewed the real-time operations of Dekon Group’s modern pig breeding base via video conferencing. Afterward, they visited the intelligent production workshop of Yibin Dekon Food Co., Ltd., where she carefully inspected the operation process of the high-end food production line. She highly commended the company’s efforts to improve production efficiency and product quality through digital and intelligent methods.
Wang Degen reported on Dekon’s active response to national and provincial strategies on rural revitalization, highlighting its efforts to link and support farmers upstream and ensure food safety downstream. In recent years, taking the “One Hundred Villages, One Million Farmers” project as an effective means, Dekon leveraged the “Company + Family Farm” model to link and support farmers and promote their income growth. By integrating green planting and breeding cycle, the Company has pursued a path of sustainable development while contributing to the national “dual carbon” goals. Yu Lijun fully acknowledged Dekon Group’s achievements in advancing agricultural modernization and contributing to rural revitalization.
