During the visit, Jiang Xuesong and his delegation listened to the introductions of key management personnel of Hechuan Dekon on the company's operations and the development of its ten-billion-dollar industrial chain. They expressed full recognition of Dekon's commitment to the "linking and supporting farmers, helping farmers increase their income, establishing industrial ecology, and promoting rural revitalization" model, which drives the entire industrial chain from planting and breeding to supply, processing, and sales.
Jiang Xuesong emphasized the importance of exploring local resources in Hechuan, fully utilizing the advantages of the region's characteristic agricultural industries, promoting the deep integration of various agricultural sectors, and accelerating the construction of a modern agricultural system that emphasizes "industrial circulation and integrated production and sales." He advised to strengthen the support for key factors, improve infrastructure such as packaging, warehousing, and logistics, and contribute to the cultivation of the distinctive "Hechuan Manufacturing" brand. The company should seize market opportunities, taking the "full chain extension, key link reinforcement, and value chain enhancement" as key breakthrough points. It should focus on upgrading product quality and expanding brand market penetration, strengthen the enterprise foundation through refined management, promote the transformation from "quality-driven enterprises" to "brand-strong enterprises," and contribute to the high-quality development of the private economy. The company should also prioritize upstream and downstream collaboration within the industrial chain, with particular emphasis on connecting with local enterprises in agricultural product processing and agricultural material supply in Hechuan, and promote the level of regional agricultural industrialization by promoting resource sharing and establishing industry standards.
